Christina Pearce has worked in the IDD field for over 20 years and has been a valued employee at the Arc since 1999. Ms. Pearce currently serves on the Hiwassee College Board of Governors. She also serves on various committees with the Arc of Tennessee.
Ms. Pearce graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and she also has obtained her Substance Abuse Counseling Certification. She also holds a Liberal Arts degree from Hiwassee College, as well as an A.S. in Science and an A.S. in Human Services from Cleveland State Community.
Ms. Pearce has served as an advocate for students within the special education program in the local school systems. She has also dedicated over twenty years raising money for various organizations within the Bradley County School System. Ms. Pearce considers it an honor to be trusted by the community to help support and represent them with their needs.
